Zlatan Ibrahimovichas pledged to "write history" again as his record-breaking era at Paris Saint-Germainapproaches its an end.

The Sweden international, who wonGoal’s Paris Saint-Germain Player of the Year award after a remarkable campaign, revealed on Friday that he will leave the Ligue 1 champions at the end of the season, with Saturday’s tie against Nantes the last he will play at the Parc des Princes.

However, it is not the definitive end for Ibra in the French capital, as the club confirmed the 34-year-old will return in a coaching role once his playing career comes to an end.

And the striker, who won league titles with Ajax, Juventus, AC Milan, Inter and Barcelona before his four Ligue 1 crowns with PSG, has vowed that his glory days are not yet over.

“I never look back because what has happened is the past," he toldGoal. "I am here to write history. I did it and I'll do it again. I look forward because if I look back I'll start to think and I do not need that.

“If I look further back, I'll be really proud and really happy because the trophies are there.

“I do my job and I do it well.”
