The Nigeria professional Football League (NPFL) will on Saturday, July 23 name the final 22-man for the LaLiga tour. An NPFL All-Stars team will will travel to Spain for the La Liga tour which is a partnership between the Spanish league and NPFL.
The League Management Company (LMC) organisers of the NPFL invited 37 players from different clubs from which a final 22-man list will be drawn up. The NPFL All-Stars will play friendly matches against top Spanish sides Valencia and Malaga in August 2016.
Before the friendly games, team is expected to relocate to Lagos from Abuja for the final leg of their camping exercise in early August. Complete Sports reports that players and officials visited the Spanish Embassy on Tuesday, July 19 to apply for visas.
